The capital was build along the westcoast of the Great Veilan Rift and is surrounded by the dragontail plains.

Ion is the capital city of Vencour and the second largest city on Dione. Ion has a rich variety of races and lifestyles and welcomes visitors from all over the planet. The city is surrounded by water from north, east and south and by the badlands from west.
